Gem Rush privacy policy

In short: Gem Rush is in development and cannot be downloaded yet. Today we do not collect any data from players.

1. Who is responsible

2. Current status

There is no public version of the game, so it does not collect, store or send any personal data. This web page uses no cookies, analytics or tracking (see our general privacy policy).

3. Patreon

If you follow or support the development on Patreon, Patreon processes your data under its own privacy policy. As creators, we only use the information Patreon shares with us (such as your username and membership tier) to manage supporter rewards.

4. Before launch

The final mobile version may include in-app purchases and advertising. Before releasing it, we will update this policy to explain which data are processed, by which providers, for what purpose and how you can turn them off. Purchases will be handled by the app store you use.

5. Children

Today we do not collect data from anyone, including children under 13. Before launch we will define the game’s audience and comply with COPPA in the United States and the GDPR in the European Union, including parental consent where the law requires it.

6. Your rights

You can write to support@omnizenmart.com about any question or to exercise your rights. If you are in the EU, you may also complain to your data protection authority (in Spain, the AEPD).

7. Changes

The date at the top always shows the current version. We will update this policy before any version of the game is released.
